This QYB-500 cutting & fold wrapping machine, built accordcated technology according to a logical, linear path, cutting and wrapping. The cam movement with gear transmission is porered by a three phase asynchronous motor activated by an inverter. Automatic lubrication with shower distribution; the oil is kept in a removable tray.
All operations of the machine are controlled by a PLC. Size change and production start-up are very ropid, because the parts to be replaced are always housed in a precise position, with no need for adaption or adjustments. Rcels are fast and easy to change. All parts in contact with the products are made of non-toxie materials suitable for use with foodstuffs.
